Is this furnace quote reasonable?

I have a quote to bring gas into a previously electric only house, install a high efficiency furnace complete with ductwork, thermostats, electrical and venting. Complete Install in a 1400sq ft house. Quote is $8435 plus HST. Is this reasonable?
